⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful confinement experience at Postnatal Care Center @ Sunway Sanctuary. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we are truly grateful for the care and support provided throughout our stay. The Customer Service Team was excellent from the very beginning. They were friendly, responsive, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The Nursery Team deserves special recognition. They were absolutely outstanding—professional, patient, caring, and genuinely loving towards our baby. Their dedication gave us complete peace of mind, allowing me to rest and recover comfortably. Every staff member was attentive, approachable, and always willing to help. Thank you for treating our baby with so much love and care. The facilities, cleanliness, and overall environment were also excellent, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The only suggestion for improvement would be the Food & Beverage menu. While the meals were nutritious and well-prepared, it would be even better if there were more menu choices, especially by including a wider variety of traditional confinement meals. This would make the dining experience even more enjoyable for mothers staying for several weeks. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend Postnatal Care Center @ Sunway Sanctuary to any parents looking for a professional, caring, and comfortable confinement centre. Thank you to the entire team for making this special journey such a memorable one!

Highly recommend Sunway Sanctuary for postnatal care! My confinement month here felt like a blissful "honeymoon." The environment is incredibly comfortable, allowing me to fully rest and recover after birth. As a new parent, I learned so many practical newborn care skills and valuable knowledge from them, which gave me the confidence I needed to transition back home.
