“Supportive and Caring Team”

I am Negar and delivered few days ago in SUNWAY MEDICAL CENTRE. I can't thank you enough for the supportive and caring team of Sunway MEDICAL centre specially Dr Sharmina and Dr Tay who were highly professional gynecologist and paediatrician respectively.
Next, my thanks go to Ms Nanthini and Ms Dia who were beside me all the time in sanctuary of Sunway MEDICAL centre and gave me an inner peace . Also , thanks to Ms Andrea, Ms Adeline, and so many other staffs.

“Seamless Support: Enhanced Recovery!”

Initially, I had only planned to stay for 5 days but eventually opted to extend to the 28 day package.

For me, two things stood out. First, its proximity to the hospital itself. My recovery was complicated as my c sec wound reopened so I had many doctors visits and wound dressings, as well as extra doctors visits for my baby as he was losing quite a bit of weight. Having the confinement centre within the hospital itself made these visits so much easier and less tiring. As I had trouble walking, i could be wheeled in a wheelchair from the confinement centre to the doctors clinics without much exertion on my part.

But most of all, the nursing staff was what made this place top notch. During my stay, many of the nurses within the confinement centre were nurses from the hospital itself. So the nurses whom were there since day 1 at the hospital when I delivered supported me all the way till I ended my confinement. I did not have the easiest postpartum journey so I am so grateful for the nurses who supported me and gave me such great advice throughout, whether it was baby care, breastfeeding (which my baby and I struggled with) and also emotional support. With their expertise, they also guided me through tougher times like my baby’s jaundice and weight loss.

My baby did not latch well at first but many of the nurses and the lactation consultant would spend so much time with me, helping me to get my baby to latch. I cannot imagine being successful with breastfeeding without their help.

The nursing staff was what I valued the most throughout my experience and if I were to have another baby, I would definitely return.

To all the nursing staff, thank you for making my post partum journey an easier one.

“A Personalized Experience of Support and Comfort”

I recently stayed at this postpartum care center and had an exceptional experience. The staff here are incredibly friendly and supportive. Ms. Lusi was especially helpful, offering me a lot of assistance throughout my stay. The nurses are very professional, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my baby in their care.

I also faced some issues with milk blockage, and Ms. Deepa was able to resolve it immediately, which was a huge relief. The F&B Team did an excellent job ensuring that all the mothers had nutritious and delicious meals.

The environment at the center is excellent—clean, comfortable, and very conducive to recovery. They also organize weekly activities for the mothers, which is a wonderful way to bond and relax. Overall, I highly recommend this center for anyone looking for quality postpartum care. Thumbs up

“A Luxurious Retreat for Confinement and Care”

I had a wonderful confinement experience in Sunway Sanctuary. The room and ambience is hotel style very class and comfortable. Thanks to team in charge Winnie and Lusi are so helpful and ensures our needs are well taken care of. Everyone here is so pleasant and nice, the food is good, big portion well curated by the professional Chefs. Thank you very much to the nursery team for taking care of my baby and keeping her a happy baby! Plus, they have a very knowledgable lactation consultant, Madam Deepa to guide us lactation and breastfeeding journey smoothly and painless. Overall, it is an amazing confinement center for mommies to recover, rest and relax.
