​We are a couple from Hong Kong, and we stayed at this confinement center for a full month and a half. Our experience during this time was absolutely flawless, and we are incredibly grateful! ​First of all, every single staff member here is extremely warm, friendly, and polite. Their love and care for the babies go far beyond just fulfilling a job description; they genuinely care for and cherish every single child here. During our stay, our baby had to undergo surgery at a nearby hospital due to medical reasons. The staff here were genuinely concerned, proactively asking us about his condition and whether there was anything specific they should prepare or look out for. This heartfelt care moved us deeply. You can fully trust them with your baby without any worries—at least for me, I felt completely at peace. ​In addition, the variety of food here is amazing, and every single meal tastes absolutely delicious. You never have to worry about going hungry or not finding something to your taste. The room service is also top-notch; someone comes in every day to change fresh towels and vacuum the room. To be honest, it feels even more comfortable and Pampering than being at home! ​Last but not least, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to every member of the staff. We know our baby is a "high-need" baby who requires a lot of extra attention, but all of you put your heart and soul into taking care of him with so much patience. If we have the chance in the future, we will definitely come back and stay here again! Highly recommended to everyone! During our stay, our child needed to go to the isolation hospital for surgery due to physical reasons. The staff at the center were very concerned and took the initiative to ask us: "Where is your child staying? Is there anything that needs special care?" We were very touched by this heartfelt concern. Here, you can safely leave your child to them, at least I feel very comfortable personally. In addition, the food here is very rich and delicious. I look forward to eating every day without worrying about being hungry or losing my appetite. The room service is even more top-notch. Someone comes to change the towels and vacuum the room every day. To be honest, it’s not that comfortable to stay in my own room! Finally, I really want to express my sincere gratitude to every staff member here. We know that our child is a baby with "high needs", but each of you takes care of him very hard and without any complaints. If there is a chance in the future, we will definitely stay here again! As my confinement days has come to an end, I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at the confinement centre A special thank you to all the nurses for caring of our lil baby with so much love, patience and attentiveness. Knowing that assistance was always just next door gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to truly rest and recover without worries. The facilities were amazing — beautifully maintained, comfortable and honestly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. The environment was peaceful, relaxing and truly became a little sanctuary for us during this special phase. What we appreciated most was how much importance was placed on the babies’ safety and health condition. It was very reassuring to know that cleanliness, proper care and the wellbeing of every baby were always their top priority. Thank you as well to every staff member for your kindness, warmth and dedication. You all made this experience such a memorable and comforting one for our little family. We would definitely recommend this place to other parents looking for a peaceful, safe and caring confinement experience. We will truly miss this place and everyone here 🤍

I had the best 28 days at Sunway Sanctuary, and from the moment I stepped in, I felt completely taken care of. I checked in the day after my natural delivery, and the care started immediately. Both my baby and I received thorough assessments, which gave us so much peace of mind as first-time parents. A special thank you to Jocelyn, the Head Nurse, who carefully checked on my recovery and gave me valuable advice on wound care, herbal baths, and postpartum recovery. I also loved their well-planned TCM program, where the meals and tonic soups were tailored to each stage of recovery. The food was another pleasant surprise—it wasn’t the typical confinement food but modern dishes like lasagna and spaghetti, thoughtfully prepared with confinement-friendly ingredients. The first two weeks were still physically challenging, but by Week 3, I could really feel the difference and slowly felt like myself again. I also appreciated that they conducted a postpartum depression assessment, showing they genuinely cared about both mothers’ physical and mental well-being. The nurses were exceptional. They treated my daughter with so much love and care, especially Nurse Siva and another Indian nurse whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. My daughter has a birthmark on her left temple, and they always paid extra attention to her. Knowing she was in the nursery with certified nurses—not helpers—allowed my husband and me to focus on resting and recovering without worry. The parenting classes, baby CPR, first aid, baby bathing demonstrations, and mummy activities like pelvic floor yoga and sound therapy were all incredibly useful. As a bonus, Sunway Sanctuary also provided a complimentary full moon celebration for up to 10 guests with a customized backdrop, as well as a Getha baby cot and mattress during our stay. Looking back, choosing Sunway Sanctuary was one of the best decisions we made after welcoming our daughter. The care, professionalism, facilities, and support were worth every penny. If I have a second baby, I will definitely return—and next time, I’ll be booking the 56-day package!

I came to the Centre on my third day postpartum, basically straight from the hospital. It was a very last-minute decision because I hadn't planned to come so early. My breasts were badly engorged, and as a first-time mom, I had no idea what to do. I also didn't bring my breast pump to the hospital. I was dealing with C-section pain, painful engorgement, and on top of that, my baby wasn't latching. As soon as we arrived that evening, everyone took such good care of us. They offered me a wheelchair and wheeled both me and my baby up to the room. It might seem like a small gesture, but after everything I'd been through, it really made me feel looked after. That same night, one of the nurses came to check on me and my baby. She examined my breasts and explained that pumping too much at that stage could actually make the engorgement worse. Instead, she recommended alternating warm and cold compresses while encouraging my baby to latch to help relieve the engorgement naturally. Thankfully, my baby finally latched that night, and we managed to express some milk. The nurses checked on me throughout the night and patiently guided me every step of the way. The next morning, they taught me how to use my breast pump properly because I honestly had no clue. They also arranged for me to see a lactation consultant, who helped massage my breasts to express the blocked milk and relieve the engorgement. She also realised I needed a bigger flange size and helped me find the right fit, which made pumping much more comfortable and effective. The first week was all about recovery. The nurses took amazing care of my baby and would bring my baby to us whenever it was time for bottle feeds, giving me the chance to rest and recover properly. My baby also had mild jaundice, oral thrush, and nappy rash when we arrived. The nurses monitored everything closely, from every feed, pee, and poop to making sure my baby was feeding on schedule. They kept a close eye on the jaundice and treated the oral thrush and nappy rash with so much care. By the time we left, everything had improved significantly, which gave us so much peace of mind. By the second week, my C-section recovery had progressed really well, and I was able to move around much more comfortably. We stayed for two weeks in total, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions we made. A mom can only take good care of her baby when she's physically recovering and mentally well, and that's exactly what this place gave me. Everyone here was amazing, from the admin team to the consultants and every single nurse. They were so attentive and genuinely cared about us. Before we left, they made sure we felt confident caring for our newborn by teaching us everything from bathing, swaddling, and feeding to preparing milk at the right temperature and storing breast milk properly. They never rushed us and always took the time to explain everything patiently. It was also the little things that made such a difference. They would remind me to put my laundry out because, with a newborn, I'd completely forget. If I happened to be asleep, the housekeeping staff would quietly come back later to clean the room instead of disturbing me. Everyone was always so kind, patient, and happy to help. A special thank you to Jocelyn, who really went above and beyond. She took the time to sit down with me, check on my recovery, look at my C-section scar, ask how breastfeeding was going, check my flange size, and even help me find products that suited me. Nothing ever felt rushed. She genuinely cared, and I felt so supported throughout my stay. And I have to mention the food. Every meal was nutritious and honestly so delicious. As a breastfeeding mom, I practically inhaled every meal! I'm sure the nourishing food played a huge part in helping me recover faster. We're so grateful for all the care and support we received during our stay. Thank you to everyone at Sunway Sanctuary Confinement Centre for making such a challenging time feel so much easier.

My first postnatal recovery stay at Sunway Sanctuary has been a wonderful experience. The customer service team is attentive and always addresses our needs promptly and efficiently. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of options available throughout the stay. The nursery team takes excellent care of my baby and keeps us updated on his daily condition, which gives us great peace of mind. They are also very observant, notifying us whenever our baby develops facial acne or redness on the diaper area, and explaining the steps they take to help improve the condition. I would like to extend my special thanks to Nicole, Jocelyn, Faryda, Nava Ratina, Wei Ru, as well as all the nursery, housekeeping, and administrative staff for making my stay comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.
