I recently stayed at this postpartum care center and had an exceptional experience. The staff here are incredibly friendly and supportive. Ms. Lusi was especially helpful, offering me a lot of assistance throughout my stay. The nurses are very professional, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my baby in their care.
I also faced some issues with milk blockage, and Ms. Deepa was able to resolve it immediately, which was a huge relief. The F&B Team did an excellent job ensuring that all the mothers had nutritious and delicious meals.
The environment at the center is excellent—clean, comfortable, and very conducive to recovery. They also organize weekly activities for the mothers, which is a wonderful way to bond and relax. Overall, I highly recommend this center for anyone looking for quality postpartum care. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Sunway Santuary is a new confinement center which started their operations beginning of year 2024, and is owned by Sunway Group.
It is located ar Tower D, and is interlink with Sunway Medical Center. I was having my confinement in this center.
The food served are pork free, and included 5 meals per day ( Breakfast, lunch, tea time, dinner & supper).
The environment here are nice & relax, and they also organised classes for mothers from Monday till Thursday. The classes includes yoga class, lactation cookies class, breastfeeding class, Mooncake making class (as 17 September 2024 is Mid-Autumn Festival) and so on.
The staff are friendly & helpful. 🥰☺️ In case you need wheelchair assistance, you can let them know in advance.
The view of my rooms are facing Sunway Lagoon, which is more relaxing.

My postnatal journey with Sunway Sanctuary was nothing short of amazing. It all began back in February when I first contacted Nicole for a tour — from then on, confirming my stay was an easy decision.
I stayed for 28 days, and the experience was truly seamless. After delivering at SMC, I didn’t have to worry about a thing — I was wheeled comfortably from Tower B to Tower D without even needing to walk.
A big shoutout to the nursery team for their care and attentiveness to our baby’s daily needs. They not only looked after her day and night but also kept us updated on her condition — from her early jaundice to a very mild nappy rash — and patiently answered all our new-parent questions. They made our transition to first-time parents much less overwhelming.
Thank you to the Customer Care team as well — always prompt in answering our queries, sending reminders for the classes available, and even helping us collect our parcels.
The F&B team ensured that meals were varied with daily Chinese, Western, and vegetarian options — mummy never went hungry! The Housekeeping team also kept our room impeccably clean throughout the stay.
Most of all, the team’s collective knowledge and support were absolutely invaluable. We’re so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Sunway Sanctuary to any new parents.
